Welcome to VBO Hockey – Spring/Summer 2025 Events

Upon receiving your official invitation to join a VBO Hockey team for the Spring/Summer 2025 season, you will be provided with a registration link to confirm your roster spot and submit tournament fee payments.

Please select the correct event and birth year registration form as indicated in your player’s invitation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I confirm my player’s spot?
Players must confirm their roster spot by replying to the formal team invitation email and registering through the provided link. If we do not receive a response in a timely manner, the spot may be offered to another player.

How do I register and pay?
All players must register and submit their tournament fees through our website.

What am I agreeing to by registering?
By registering, participants (players and parents/guardians) confirm they have reviewed and agreed to our Waiver & Agreements and Photo & Video Policy.

Are there hotel requirements?
Yes. All tournaments are play-to-stay events. All participants are required to stay at designated hotels. Group hotel booking links will typically be shared 3 months prior to the tournament start date.

Are jerseys and socks included?
Yes. The 2025 VBO Hockey tournament jersey is included in your tournament fee unless otherwise noted in your team invitation.

What is the refund policy?
All tournament fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing Registration Insurance at the time of payment. Players who drop out with less than 2 weeks’ notice without valid reason, or who no-show, may not be invited to future events.

What division will my team play in?
Team entry into divisions (Elite/AAA/AA) is determined based on tournament host guidelines and may be adjusted at the discretion of event coordinators.

When will game schedules be available?
Schedules are typically released 2–3 weeks before the event and will be shared as soon as we receive them from the tournament hosts.

Who will coach the teams?
Our coaching staff rotates between events. For draft-eligible players, High level coaches will remain consistent as noted in your invitation.
